I have been living here going on almost 5 years and its been a delightful experience. They have been excellent at addressing maintenance issues quickly. They keep the parking lot clean, and have a wonderful underground parking area. It has awesome amenities like a pool, exercise room and large common area for gatherings. They have also keep strict guidelines due to the Covid 19 Pandemic so I feel safe living here. I can not recommend this place enough if you need a place to live here in Sioux Falls!

I've been living here for over 3 years and I have no complaints. Great faculty staff. Fixed all my issues in a timely manner. It's convenient location to shopping, schools, and medical make it an easy choice.

This location is quiet and safe while still being close to necessities on 41st Street. I've been really impressed by how well-kept the grounds are—you can expect prompt snow removal in the winter and beautiful trees and shrubs the rest of the year. This is also the cleanest apartment I've had yet. Not only is the management responsive and personable, but they go to extra effort to foster community by holding fun seasonal events and hosting food trucks weekly throughout the summer.
