This location is quiet and safe while still being close to necessities on 41st Street. I've been really impressed by how well-kept the grounds areâyou can expect prompt snow removal in the winter and beautiful trees and shrubs the rest of the year. This is also the cleanest apartment I've had yet. Not only is the management responsive and personable, but they go to extra effort to foster community by holding fun seasonal events and hosting food trucks weekly throughout the summer.
